Grafton Banks was formed in 2002, initially to place candidates into the recruitment industry. We have recently set up a legal recruitment division run by Julia Jeyes.

Background

Julia has extensive Legal Recruitment experience, including managing a legal division for Badenoch and Clark’s city office and placing lawyers into Private Practice with TMPQD Legal and Chambers. Prior to working in recruitment Julia studied Law at The College of Law in Guildford and worked for Herbert Smith in their Litigation Division.

Our business

We specialise in the placement of fee earners and support staff into law firms in the South East. We deal with all qualified staff up to Partner level, Conveyancing Assistants, Legal Executives, Paralegals, Legal Secretaries and Administrators.

We will listen to your needs and requirements and work in partnership with you to ensure that you make the right move. We can advise you on your CV and what type of firm will be best suited to you. If we feel we are unable to help you we will tell you, and offer advice as to alternative options.

Grafton Banks always obtain your permission prior to making an application and see you through every step of the recruitment process. We brief you on the companies we are approaching on your behalf, prepare you for, and give you full and frank feedback after the interview.

We are available out of hours, seven days a week and always make time to talk to you. Our ethos is simple yet effective - we treat our candidates and clients as we would like to be treated in their situation. Our market knowledge and experience is the basis of our success as a consultancy.
