What we do
Grafton Banks is an independently owned consultancy, specialising in the placement of new and experienced consultants into professional recruitment consultancies.
Our consultants have extensive knowledge and experience at director, manager and consultant level from recruiting for their own teams within professional consultancies. This enables us to have a valid and relevant insight into the markets we service, giving Grafton Banks a unique approach to the successful placement of candidates.
How we do it
We recognise the importance of understanding the needs of our clients and candidates and providing a straightforward, efficient yet empathetic approach.
We understand the need for confidentiality and sensitivity in the handling of applications. We always gain our candidates permission prior to making any kind of application on their behalf and thoroughly brief them on the opportunity available.
We provide a comprehensive service and make ourselves available to suit you - out of hours, seven days a week. If you can't come to us we will come to you.
We will meet all of our clients and candidates where geographically possible. If we haven't met a candidate face to face, we will ensure that they have been thoroughly interviewed over the telephone.
